Prior to joining FourBridges in 2026, Mills spent four years at Accenture, advising clients in financial services, healthcare, technology, and the public sector on cybersecurity strategy and technology risk. Before that, he completed an MBA Summer Associate role at Edward Jones.

Mills holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where he graduated with honors. His engineering background gives him a practical understanding of how manufacturing and industrial businesses operate.

Mills lives in Chattanooga with his wife and their chocolate lab, Butter.
