Prior to joining FourBridges in 2022, John spent four years at Willamette Management Associates, a leading business valuation and forensic analysis firm. In this role, John performed valuations for mergers and acquisitions, litigation disputes, and shareholder repurchase offerings. His responsibilities included performing complex financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and industry and client due diligence. He has experience valuing businesses in the construction, hardwood timber, utility, retail clothing, healthcare, oil and gas, coal, and defense contracting industries.

Prior to Willamette, John worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta. He primarily performed financial statement audits for public and privately-held companies in the financial services sector.

John graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an accounting concentration. He subsequently earned a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. John is both a CPA (inactive) and CFA (inactive).
