Prior to joining FourBridges in 2026, Dillon completed AT&T’s Finance Leadership Development Program, a selective two-year rotational program where he supported FP&A and operational finance across AT&T’s mass markets business before moving into a corporate strategy role. In that capacity, he contributed to strategic initiatives including cross-carrier joint venture analysis and evaluation of emerging technology partnerships. 

During his MBA, he supported Merck Asset Management on operational strategy for a self-storage platform, contributing to process development and expansion planning. Earlier in his career, Dillon co-founded Let’s Bounce Waco, a small business providing bounce house rentals for events throughout the Waco area. 

Dillon holds an M.B.A. from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, in addition to a B.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation.
