Brynn joins the team with over a decade of experience across operations, executive support, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she found a consistent truth: when the right systems and processes are in place, people thrive. Her passion for building structures that empower others drove her to operations and continues to drive her every day.

Known for her people-first approach, Brynn is a natural coach who is energized by helping teams find their rhythm and perform at their best. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Health Care Administration with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Outside of work, she can be found courtside coaching her kids in basketball or cheering them on from the sideline at baseball and soccer.
