Andrew has 10+ years of investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to joining FourBridges in 2017, Andrew worked in the Asset Management group at Jamestown, a commercial real estate private equity fund with $9+ billion in assets under management. He assisted in restructuring a $125M portfolio loan, supported negotiations in four $7M+ anchor tenant redevelopment projects, and executed on strategic performance initiatives across high-street retail and grocery-anchored shopping center assets.

Prior to Jamestown, Andrew worked at Croft & Bender, a middle market investment banking and private equity firm. He supported senior bankers on sell-side M&A transactions typically ranging from $50M to $250M through financial analysis and valuation, industry research, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentation materials. Andrew also monitored the firm’s two growth equity funds and related internal reporting requirements.

Andrew graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A in Finance with Honors. While at UGA, he provided private and large group-format tutoring services for a variety of finance and accounting courses.
