FourBridges structured and negotiated the deal on behalf of the firm’s owner. 

Founded over four decades ago and headquartered in the Southeastern United States, the Company is a full-service architectural, engineering, land planning and entitlement services firm serving specific commercial end markets across the United States. Main Street’s $28 million investment included a combination of first lien, senior secured term debt and a direct minority equity investment.
