PEOPLE Lance Healy

Lance HealyLanier (Lance) Healy has extensive experience in real estate investment banking combined with a strong background in business development. Originally from Chattanooga and currently operating out of Atlanta, Mr. Healy focuses primarily on developing cross-industry clients while also leading the firm’s activities in real estate investment banking.

Mr. Healy began his career at Citigroup Smith Barney in 1998, where he handled middle market employee stock option programs, short-term debt investments and retail brokerage. He later joined Carter & Associates in Atlanta, specializing in real estate sales and leasing transactions. During his time at that firm, he was one of the top producers and a recipient of the Outstanding Lease Transaction award in 2002.

Following his time at Carter & Associates, Mr. Healy served in several roles with Taylor & Mathis, including owner-representative leasing and new business development for the firm’s third-party leasing platform. Five years later, he became a member of Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia’s Investor Services division. In this position, Mr. Healy worked with owners of urban and suburban office properties. He also pursued new clients for asset service assignments. In 2010, Mr. Healy accepted a position with Bullock Mannelly Partners, where he handled financing of commercial real estate projects and investment sales throughout the Southeast.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Healy is registered with FINRA as a Corporate Securities Limited Representative and holds a Series 63 state license. He also is a licensed broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. He received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and his M.B.A. with highest honors from Terry College at the University of Georgia.

Civically, he is on the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Georgia and serves as a member of the Stewardship Committee for St. Anne’s Episcopal Church. He also is a past president of Trout Unlimited-Atlanta and a member of the Australian/New Zealand American Chamber of Commerce.
