“It has been a privilege to work with EMJ and its management team on this transaction”, said Dewey Hammond.  “Jim Sattler (CEO) and Jay Jolley (President) continue to expand and diversify the company founded by Ed Jolley 42 years ago.  This transaction will help further establish EMJ in the healthcare construction sector.”

"After a very strong 2009, this is the perfect time for Inman to expand into new markets", said Page Inman, President.  "By becoming a part of the EMJ team, we will be able to reach new clients and building types which will successfully add to our long history of healthcare and institutional experience.  We are looking forward to joining EMJ."
