Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, EMJ is a diversified construction company that has completed over 500 million square feet of construction projects in 48 states and owns a number of operating divisions, including Signal Energy, a renewable energy company, and Core Safety.
FourBridges Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive advisor to EMJ Corporation. The transaction closed on March 1, 2010 and was led by Managing Director Dewey Hammond.
