On Oct. 17, more than 30 attorneys and business owners joined us for a seminar in Chattanooga that explored current business valuation issues.
The program was presented by Andy Stockett of FourBridges, Randall Hebert of Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough and Gary Carlson of North River Physical Therapy. Attorneys who attended the event earned 1.5 CLE credit hours from the Chattanooga Bar Association.
Our speakers outlined the overall mechanics of a business valuation, including key factors influencing a business’s value, rules and tips to best position a business for sale and ways to streamline the valuation process.
The strong turnout for the event and audience interaction during the round table discussion demonstrated that legal and business professionals are eager for a deeper understanding about business valuation – and at FourBridges, we’re happy to lend our expertise on this important topic. We hope that the tools and information discussed will help attorneys and business owners better grapple with valuation issues in preparing a business for sale.
Thank you to our partners, speakers and participants for making this year’s seminar such a great event. Click here to see photos from our event and visit our YouTube page to watch videos of each presentation.
